Refund Policy

The first 5 verdicts per IP cost nothing and create no obligations.

The 10 additional verdicts that arrive on signup also cost nothing.

A $10 top-up purchases 10 verdicts. If you have used zero of those verdicts within 14 days of purchase, we refund the full $10. Once any verdict has been consumed against the top-up balance, the purchase is non-refundable — verdicts include real-time API costs that we cannot recover.

Custom enterprise contracts carry their own refund terms negotiated at signing. Contact contracts@etymolt.com for the active version.

The Forge $499 / $699 brand-launch bundle has a staged refund table:

• Within 24h of purchase, before any vendor was contacted: 100%
• 24-72h, after attestation but before domain registered: 95%
• After domain registered, before any handle claimed: ($499 - $11) — the $11 deduction reflects the non-refundable ICANN registry fee paid to Verisign for the .com registration
• After any handle claimed or DNS configured: non-refundable

Email refunds@etymolt.com with your Stripe receipt or session ID. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds reach your card in 5-10 days via Stripe.

We honor Stripe's dispute process. Contesting a charge through your card issuer bypasses our refund flow; please email us first.
