MSA §3 — non-negotiable
The wholesale contract is upstream of the verdict; the contract operator is the platform vendor, not the end-user. Sarah’s Q4 verdict on Initiative #1 (R14 D-R14-10): the Bureau Model legal posture remains intact at the per-end-user verdict layer — but only if downstream customers contractually preserve the disclaimer at the point of customer-facing surface.
Every verdict displayed to a downstream end-user MUST include the verbatim disclaimer from the Etymolt response. No abridging, no translating without Etymolt-supplied translations, no burying in tooltips, no styling smaller than the verdict.
Every response carries wholesale_metadata.bureau_model_disclaimer_required: true. Customer SDKs emit a runtime warning if the disclaimer is dropped at render-time.
Sarah samples each customer's downstream UI quarterly. Disclaimer-present rate is computed and reported in /wholesale/v1/audit_dashboard. R12 D-R12-2 + D-R14-30.
14 days written notice of audit. 30 days to cure findings. Failure to cure is material breach — MSA §9.7. Repeat breach in the same calendar year triggers suspension and contract termination at Etymolt's option.

R12 D-R12-13 + D-R14-30
Every verdict signed (Ed25519) with a replayable audit-log entry. Source-license, redistribution-permitted, corpus-version, and methodology-version travel with every audit record. Replayable against the customer's downstream incident timeline.
What is NOT included — §3.2 + §9.4
Six things v1 explicitly does NOT do. Named here so the contract surface is durable — and so the procurement team doesn’t discover a gap mid-integration.
Per MSA §3 the verbatim disclaimer ships with every customer-facing verdict. Customers cannot abridge it, translate it without Etymolt-supplied translations, bury it in a tooltip, or style it smaller than the verdict text. Audit rights are reserved; 30-day cure window; failure to cure is material breach.
Per Angle 8 §1 Axis A + MSA §4 anti-derivation, customers cannot extract a competing corpus by issuing repeated /wholesale/v1/verify calls. The full corpus is sold under the separate LLM-Training-Corpus License (R14 Initiative #2). Pattern-detected derivation is a contract violation.
Per MSA §3.3 and R12 D-R12-3 the INSUFFICIENT_SIGNAL verdict and its uncertainty_explanation must surface verbatim to the downstream user. Customers cannot collapse this label into PROCEED or ABANDON without Etymolt's prior written consent.
The wholesale customer cannot mutate Etymolt-side state — no deleting verdicts, no editing license tags, no pushing corpus rows. Write surfaces are deferred to v2 on specific case.
The audit dashboard is pull-only. A POST /wholesale/v1/webhook for verdict-completed events is on the v2 roadmap if Gold or Custom Enterprise customers request it. Streaming verdicts (>100 names) is v2.
Wholesale customers cannot pull a bulk corpus snapshot via the API. That product exists as the separate Initiative #2 LLM-Training-Corpus License with its own MSA shape and indemnification structure.
